When will I get my order?

Postage times will al depend on where an order is being delivered to, please refer to our shipping page for estimated shipping times.

Why do my garments have a strong chemical smell?

When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual -it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process, and it's not permanent.

A simple wash will resolve this issue for you.

When will my order be dispatched?

We try our best to send all orders within 2-7 business days. We are currently only a two man operation, so please try to be patient! We always strive for greatness, but depending on volume, we may take a bit longer than average. We'll always update you when possible/necessary.

What do I do if I have an order issue?

We hope that your order arrives as expected but if there is a problem then please contact us and we will endeavour to rectify any issues.

How do I make a return/exchange?

Please refer to our returns page which should give you all the information you need to make an exchange or return.

My item is out of stock

Our stocklist is constantly being updated and checked. If something isn't available, this will be reflected on the website. If for some reason something gets missed and is out of stock, we will be in contact with you straight away to either update you on the next stock arrival, or offer you an alternative/refund.

I've entered the wrong address

We will always endeavour to ensure your order reaches the correct address but it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the correct address is provided at the point of order, particularly when ordering internationally.
We reserve the right to charge an administration fee of £15 for any change to the order details post-purchase.
If the order is returned to Stay Lit™ because of incorrect delivery details the customer will be responsible for the cost of resending the item. If there is no response then Stay Lit™ will return the item to stock and issue a refund less an administration fee of £15.
Please note - unfortunately we are unable to send to APO or Armed Forces addresses due to courier restrictions. 

How should I wash my t-shirt?

We recommend turning your t-shirts inside out and washing them on a 30 degree wash. Don't tumble dry as this can destroy the print. A standard wash will generally do the trick!

Brexit shipping info

The UK has reached a trade agreement with the EU that has taken effect from 01.01.21. The agreement establishes zero tariffs or duties on trade between the UK & the EU. This means that all orders placed and shipped within Europe will continue as normal and will avoid any further charges. 
All European orders will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), our courier may contact you for more information regarding your shipment, however, you will not be charged.
