You will receive an order confirmation e-mail, along with another once your order has been shipped. If these do not appear in the allotted time, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us. Please DO NOT delete these e-mails. Proof of purchase is required to redeem any warranty services.

ALL tattoo machines that we send out have been tested accurately to ensure top performance and longevity. A 1 year warranty comes with all machines, but if you experience any issues outside of the warranty dates, please get in touch for repairs.

STANDARD ONE YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY: The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year for the original invoice date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer.

Please ensure you have filled out a contact form before sending your machines so we can understand the issue before we receive your machine(s). This helps us repair and ship back to you quicker.

​Stay Lit™ are not liable for any returned items that are lost or damaged during transit. We recommend you use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm with guaranteed Saturday delivery as it covers your machine from any loss or damage.

Any damage or fault that hasn’t been listed beforehand will not be covered under warranty and the issue needs to be taken up with your courier company. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Please ensure a reliable shipping service is used to send machines back to us. Stay Lit™ are NOT reliable for any returned items that are damaged/lost in transit.

Stay Lit™ are not liable to pay import taxes on machines being returned or for repair. The owner of the machine is liable for covering the cost of return. Any items which are returned to Stay Lit™ that requires us to pay charges will be refused and returned to sender. In cases where this isn't possible, the sender will be billed for the charges, which will need to be paid before any machines are returned.

the 1 year warranty is VOID if...

  • Machine shows signs of internal components being replaced by anyone other than us
  • Machine internals show signs of tampering
  • Machine displays ink/liquid within the eternal motor components
  • Machine shows signs of being dropped
  • Machine shows signs of purposeful damage

WE DO NOT OFFER A CLEANING SERVICE. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU REGULARLY CLEAN YOUR MACHINE. DIRTY MACHINES WILL BE SENT BACK AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE.
