The Moonshot is a powerful beast in a small package. Brad, co-owner of Stay Lit™, is a tattoo artist who had the initial idea of mixing our clothing ideas with tattoo supplies and VOILA! Here we are! Here's what Brad has to say about our first tattoo machine...

I've had the idea for this tattoo machine kicking about in my brain for a couple of years now... The initial reason I started designing this machine was because i've spent a LOT of money over the last few years, buying machines that I thought i'd love but ended up despising. It became a running gag at the studio that I would have a brand new machine every week! Enough was enough. I designed this tattoo machine for myself so that I knew exactly what was going into it and how it would run.

Anyone who has seen my work will know I love bold lines, spicy whip shading and saturated colour. Anyone who has been tattooed by me will know that I work quickly, without compromising quality. 

This machine sports a hard hitting 4mm cam system, a custom spec 12v motor and an RCA input. The machine grip can be removed and autoclaved. The throw is fully adjustable, rocking a click-switch system.

The motor has been custom built for this specific machine. It has the highest torque (force that causes rotation) available in a motor of this size, which results in a high output of power. Will fit most cartridge brands. 

Shipped with a FREE battery pack to allow for wireless use.
